By using TypeCalc, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
TypeCalc is licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and any applicable Apple App Store terms.
Your content
You are responsible for the calculations, labels, document names, and other content you create in TypeCalc. You retain ownership of your worksheet content.
Acceptable use
Do not use TypeCalc to violate laws, infringe rights, disrupt services, reverse engineer the app where prohibited, or attempt to access another person's data.
No professional advice
TypeCalc is a general-purpose calculator. Results may depend on entered formulas, rounding, device state, and app behavior. Do not rely on TypeCalc as a substitute for professional financial, legal, engineering, medical, tax, or safety advice.
Cloud services
Features that use iCloud or CloudKit depend on Apple services, your Apple ID, network availability, and device settings. The developer is not responsible for Apple service outages or iCloud account issues.
Purchases and refunds
If TypeCalc is distributed through the App Store, purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store terms.
Disclaimer
TypeCalc is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of TypeCalc.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of TypeCalc after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
